Depending on the season, our processing times can range from 1-5 business days or sooner. Once your order has been fulfilled and processed, shipping times can range from 2-5 business days. This excludes any major holidays.
Remedy & Restore will NOT be held liable for any misdelivered orders due to customer error. It is the customer's full responsibility to enter and verify the correct address (including unit/apt numbers) BEFORE placing the order. We cannot make any changes and there is a hard NO REFUND policy for these types of errors.
Remedy and Restore will NOT be held responsible for any shipping delays neither will we be held liable for any errors made by the shipping courier such as delayed or lost/stolen items. If this occurs, we recommend immediately contacting the shipping courier that you received your tracking information from to try to retrieve the package or file a claim directly through them.
